We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day of receiving them. There will be occasions where this is not possible but we will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays. You will be informed by email when your item is dispatched.

In the event an item is not in stock or there is any other problem with your order you will be offered the choice of waiting for the stock to arrive or receiving a full refund.

UK Orders

• UK Free shipping will be by Royal Mail First Class post. Delivery times should be from 1 to 2 working days from dispatch but can be up to two weeks
• UK Recorded Delivery will be by Royal Mail First Class Recorded and should take 1 to 2 working days from dispatch but can be up to two weeks. There is are flat rate charge of 0.75p for UK Recorded Delivery.
• Special Delivery - Next day. Orders must be placed and paid for by 11:30am to be posted on the same day as ordered. Orders placed after 11:30 may be posted on the following business day. There is are flat rate charge of £5.05 for Special Delivery - Next day. Special Delivery's shipped on Friday are not guaranteed for delivery on Saturday, but often do arrive. on Saturday.

  We reserve the right to upgrade any orders shipping method. ie even when 1st class is requested we may send by recorded or special. You will only be charged for the shipping type you selected.

International Orders

• International orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail and are priced according to weight and destination. Full details will be shown in checkout before you purchase.
• No guarantees can be made regarding delivery time on international orders as times depend on the postal service of your country.
• No tracking is available as standard but if required you should use the contact form here BEFORE you order and we will quote you a price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We can not be held responsible for any charges (tax, duty etc.), customs restrictions or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the UK. You should speak with your local customs office if you have any queries. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country allows the shipment of our products to their country.
