We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day of receiving them. There will be occasions where this is not possible but we will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays. You will be informed by email when your item is dispatched.
In the event an item is not in stock or there is any other problem with your order you will be offered the choice of waiting for the stock to arrive or receiving a full refund.
We reserve the right to upgrade any orders shipping method. ie even when 1st class is requested we may send by recorded or special. You will only be charged for the shipping type you selected.

We can not be held responsible for any charges (tax, duty etc.), customs restrictions or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the UK. You should speak with your local customs office if you have any queries. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country allows the shipment of our products to their country.
